丁哥姐姐週末陪丁男友回老家-高雄美濃，他帶著我去他小時候常去踏青的美濃湖（舊名中正湖）騎腳踏車，湖邊風光美不勝收，值得好好跟大家分享一下。
I accompanied Mr.Ding to his hometown, Kaoshung, Meinong, over the weekend. We went to Meinong lake where he used to hang out when he was little. The scenery of the lake was breathtaking. We both felt it's a wonderful place to recommend you.
丁男友說小時候湖的步道只有一半，沒什麼人，但現在已經變成熱門的景點了。我們從他的外婆家出發，沿途都是農田，景色碧綠，空氣清新，但爾偶有一些小蟲飛舞哈哈！我們騎到湖邊就看到一隻小貓咪在休憩，還有一個弟弟來跟我們說他爸爸剛剛把釣到的魚給貓咪吃了。
Mr. Ding said the bicycle path was only half the length than it is right now. There weren't many people back in the days, but now, there're so many crowds here. It has already become a famous tourist spot.
Our tour started from Mr.Ding's grandma's house. Along the way to the lake were farms all along. The mountains are green, and the air is fresh. Once in a while, you'll see butterflies flying LOL.
Upon arriving at the lake, we saw this cute little cat resting. A kid found out I was taking pictures of the cat, so he came to me and explained he just fed the cat with the fish his father caught earlier in the lake.
湖邊的景色可以說怎麼拍怎麼好看，而且充滿各種人和動物，是個很有生命力的景點。還有好多人在湖邊餵鴨子。
The pictures we took by the lake were all great even we took them with our eyes closed 😂
There were lots of people and animals here. We saw many people feeding ducks near the lake. It's a very energetic place.
湖中央有一座小涼亭，非常的典雅，有點以前國文課本湖心亭看雪的意象哈哈。丁男友的舅舅分享說他國中暑假都是在涼亭睡午覺的。
There's this small pavilion in the middle of the lake. It's really exquisite just like the ones appear in ancient sayings in China.
Mr. Ding's uncle said he used to take naps at the pavilion when he was in junior high school.
還有一座給行人和腳踏車通行的橋，遠遠看起來也是很好看。附上一上丁哥姐姐的背影。
There's this bridge connecting two sides of the lake. The pictures taken here looked great. Here's a photo of Dingo sister's back LOL.
沿途都是綠色的廊道，沒有一點冬天的感覺。
There was green everywhere here as if it was summertime instead of winter.
又是一大群鴨子哈哈，好可愛。還整群在清理毛。
A raft of ducks again haha. They looked so cute busying cleaning themselves.
湖邊還有美濃常見的香蕉樹。
Near the lake are some banana trees which are very common in Meinong.
湖旁有大石頭可以坐，我們就坐在上面休憩一下，拍拍照。沿途其實滿多小東西可以拍照的。附上一張丁男友的背影。
We sat on the stone chairs to take a rest after riding for a while. We realized that the lake has so many decorations that are designed for tourists to take pictures.

湖中的倒影非常清晰，把美濃的人字山倒影得非常清楚。舅舅說如果是清晨來，沒有風的時候，整片靜止的湖面，可以把山倒影的更完整。
The reflection of the lake is cristal clear. The figure of the mountain was reflected clearly on the lake. We call the mountain, Ren-mountain in Chinese because it looks like the Chinese word: human, with the pronunciation as Ren.
Mr. Ding's uncle recommends us to visit the lake early in the morning when there's no winds at all. The lake would reflect the whole mountain.
湖邊的油紙傘裝置藝術。原本以為是路燈但好像什麼都不是。
Here's a photo of oil paper umbrella decoration. Originally, I thought it was a street light, but it turned out to be nothing LOL.
旁邊有點小小的蓮花池，丁男友說這很像日月潭，我翻了個白眼給他哈哈。
There's a small lotus pond. Mr. Ding said it looked like sun moon lake. I rolled my eyes at him 🤣
旁邊還有不少水蓮池，聽說可以來進行，洗水蓮體驗，但我們負責吃就好。鎮上的餐廳都有提供這道，好好吃欸。
There're lots of white water snowflake ponds here. We've heard there're experience activities for collecting white water snowflake for tourists. The restaurants in Meinong all offer this dish, stir-fried white water snowflake. It's super delicious.
再附上一張雙人腳踏車照，也順便告別我們的小旅程。也該回去找丁哥了。今天的小旅行，景色宜人，空氣清新，兩個人走走拍拍，是個很悠閒的約會行程。
Here's a photo of our bicycles again. It's time to say goodbye to Meinong, and head back to Dingo.
I liked our small trip. The weather was great, and the air was refreshing. We took lots of photos this afternoon. It was a great date indeed.

其實湖畔還有很多活動，像是畫油紙傘和客家文物管參觀，滿有趣的喔！
There're lots of experience activities near the lake like oil paper umbrella drawing, and Hakka culture experiencing. They all seem really interesting.
