上次在『淡水休閒推薦-淡水美麗新廣場走走一部曲-奇樂多遊樂園與壽喜燒一丁』提到丁哥姐姐全家去吃美麗新廣場的壽喜燒一丁，覺得好好吃，想跟大家分享。
Previously, we shared the article when we went to New Square for a wonderful afternoon and had dinner there. This time, we will introduce the sukiyaki restaurant we went to on the same day in details.

我們有事先訂位，到了就可以進去了，不訂位聽說要等半小時喔！我們離開的時候好多人在等。櫃檯擺了幾隻可愛的小娃娃。
We had made a reservation beforehand so it only took a few minutes for the staff to arrange our seats. If you don't make a reservation, you probably will have to wait for at least half an hour. It's true since we saw lots of people waiting by the time we left the restaurant.
A few cute dolls are put on the counter for decoration as shown below.
裝潢是很漂亮的櫻花，好像來到日本。
The restaurant was decorated by lots of cherry blossom trees. We felt as if we were in Japan.
飯前會先有小菜：泡菜，辣牛肚，涼拌木耳。辣牛肚超級推！微微辣又滷的超級入味，口感又很有嚼勁，我們後來跟他要了兩次。
The side dishes were: kimchi, spicy beef tripe, and fungus salad. The spicy beef tripe was sooooo GOOG! We highly recommend it! The spice was right at the point with the rich flavor of the braised sauce. We ordered two plates in total. It was definitely an extra credit for the whole meal.
開始用餐囉！兩種豬肉和一種雞肉可以選。牛肉部分有六種。
Dinner time!
There were two parts of pork and one part of chicken to choose from. As for beef, there were six parts.
當天用餐其實基本款以外，還有一種金磚牛肉。這種牛肉吃起來比較紮實，像是比較軟的骰子牛，但牛肉味道很香。個人滿喜歡的，吃了將近六塊。
Besides the regular parts of beef, there was this "Brick beef". This was how they described it in Chinese. The texture was chewy. It was slightly harder than regular parts. It was more like the softer version of beef cubes. The smell of the beef was great! I loved it. I ate about six pieces of it.
店員一開始會用大量的洋蔥和金磚牛肉拌炒，讓整鍋湯香氣更濃郁。
The staff stir-fried lots of onions and Brick beef. The sauce was full of the scent and sweetness.
我們點了四款牛肉基本款：牛五花，霜降牛，牛小排和里肌牛。我們最喜歡牛五花和牛小排，因為油花多，口感上比較軟嫩。肉吸滿了壽喜燒醬汁，沾著蛋液大口吃下去，打從心底感到滿足。
We had a few plates of beef brisket, top chuck steak, beef ribs and chuck tender. Our favourites are beef brisket and beef ribs. They had more oil which made the texture tender. The beef was full of the flavor of the sukiyaki sauce. We dipped it with raw eggs. Upon taking one bite, we were content from the bottom of our hearts.
青菜，豆芽菜，洋蔥，豆腐，蒟蒻等會有推車推來，可以直接跟服務員說。丁哥姐姐最喜歡豆芽菜。
There was this cart carrying all types of vegetables like onions, bean sprouts,etc,. You can tell the staff what you need and they'll grab some for you. My favourite was bean sprouts😋
主餐除了常見的飯和烏龍麵，還可以點繼光餅。
Besides rice or Udon, you can order bread to go with the meat.
夾著肉和洋蔥一起吃，其實就是個小漢堡。
It was actually a small hamburger with the combination of bread, meat, and onion. 🍔
飲料除了一般的可樂還有熱咖啡，熱可可，熱奶茶，冰沙，可爾必思。
For the drinks, there were cola, hot coffee, milk tea, etc,.
還有香草霜淇淋喔！但吃飽飽所以只吃一點點。
There was also vanilla ice cream. We were so full that we only had little ice cream.
這是今天的大亮點！各式各樣的奶酪，果凍，布丁，蛋糕，麻糬，餅乾。喜歡吃甜點的朋友可以當甜點吃到飽哈哈！
Here comes the highlight! There were all sorts of dessert: pudding, jelly, cake, and cookies. If you're a dessert person, you can come here for dessert-all-you-can-eat.
最後吃飽，服務生會付上一盤檸檬，混著砂糖食用，用來解膩。但檸檬真的還是太酸了，丁哥姐姐只淺嚐一口，但丁男友把整盤吃完了，但也是吃的眉頭深鎖，沾了糖還是很酸，但他說確實挺解膩的。
Lastly, the staff brought us some lemon slices with sugar. It helped cleanse the greasiness in you mouth. The lemon was sooooo sour. I only had one bite. Mr. Ding ate the whole plate with his face all twisted. But he said it indeed refreshed his mouth.
壽喜燒一丁真的是很不錯的店，肉的品質很好，蔬菜等其他配菜也很齊全服務員的態度也是很不錯，用餐環境也很整潔明亮。此外，丁男友說他最喜歡那整櫃甜點，根本想當甜點吃到飽，他還一個人又喝了咖啡，可可和奶茶，根本去吃下午茶的哈哈。
This sukiyaki restaurant is really good. The meat had really good quality, the vegetables were fresh, the staff there were all very nice.
On top of that, Mr. Ding's favourite were the desserts. He treated the restaurant as a afternoon tea place. He had so many desserts and he drank coffee, milk tea, and chocolate. I think he completely messed up the point 🤣
假日用餐一人498加一成服務費，用餐九十分鐘，其實還是挺划算的。寫到這裡又覺得餓了，真的是一家對肚子很有吸引力的店。
The fees: TWD 498 + 10% service fees for one on weekends
Dining time: 90 minutes (more than enough for us)
At this very moment writing the article and calling back the memories, I felt hungry again Lol. Looks like my stomach is attracted to this sukiyaki restaurant haha
