Dingo, The Cat

今天要介紹的是山中美食：鹹酥雞。

說山中是因為他在淡水北新路天元宮附近，這裡比較偏僻一點，人煙較為稀少，有鹹酥雞店是非常特別的事。

更難得的，是這家店竟是這輩子吃過數一數二好吃的鹹酥雞店！推薦給很多朋友，吃過的都念念不忘。一定要跟大家推薦！

We'd like to recommend Taiwanese Chicken Nuggets up in the mountain. 

The stand is near Tian Yuen Temple. The location is quite far away from downtown Tamshui. Since it's up in the mountain, not many people come here. It's rare for a Chicken Nugget stand to start the business at the non-downtown area. 

What's more, the food it offers is probably one of the best Chicken Nuggets I've ever had. 

地址：沒有確切地址哈哈，是在天元宮附近兩分鐘的步行距離(往三芝方向) 要去北海岸玩的朋友路過可以買一包在路上吃。

Address: There's no specific address LOL It's near Tian Yuen Temple, around 2 minutes walk(towards the direction of Sanzhi District). If you're heading to the North Coast, the chicken nugget will be the best choice for your snack on the way there.

老闆娘名字叫阿寶，人非常豪邁親切，偶爾會帶孫女來店裡。買鹹酥雞之餘還有機會看到小女娃喔。

這家店小小的在路邊，店外設有小用餐區。別看他開在偏僻的山中，平日晚上人可多著，都要排隊呢！這麼好吃的鹹酥雞，排一下下也是值得的。

The owner's name is Ah Po. She's really nice, welcoming, and generous. Sometimes, she brings her granddaughter to the stand. She's a little cute toddler. 

The stand is quite small and it offers a small outdoor dining area. Even though the stand is in suburban area, there are always people lining up at night. The taste is definitely worthy of waiting. 

這次我們點了：雞屁股、蘿蔔糕、薯條、甜不辣

We ordered: chicken tail, radish cake, french fries, fried tempura. 

雞屁股 Chicken Tail

最厲害的就是雞屁股，完全沒有腥味。而且非常大顆，炸出來又很多汁不會乾癟。而且雞屁股有先醃過，咬下去除了肉的鮮味，還有醃漬過淡淡的醬油香。我們買了八串，大家是搶著吃的程度。之前推薦過不敢吃雞屁股的朋友，他吃了之後也讚不絕口。很多朋友吃了都說是這輩子吃過最好吃的雞屁股，建議一定要嘗試啊！

The chicken tail is definitely my favorite among the all. It doesn't have the smell of average chicken tail. It's big and juicy. The chicken tail has been marinated so we can still taste the scent of soy sauce. We had 8 portions of chicken tail this time. 

I recommended it to this friend who doesn't like to eat chicken tail. After tasting it, she becomes a big fan! Lots of my friends said this is for sure the best chicken tail they've ever tasted in their lives.  

薯條 French Fries

我們灑了梅子粉，甜甜的我小姪女很喜歡，一口氣吃很多根呢！

We added the plum powder to the french fries. My niece loves the sweetness. French fries are her favorite. 

蘿蔔糕 Radish Cake

外酥內軟，很好入口，吃了不會覺得很乾。平常我吃鹽酥雞都不點蘿蔔糕的，但他們家的我可以哈哈！

The radish cake is crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. I didn't feel too dry or thirsty after having it. I normally don't order radish cake at chicken nugget stands but I do now at here.

魷魚腳 Squid

很有嚼勁，非常香，還會附上九層塔，非常涮口。很推。

It was very chewy and it smelt very good. They also offer basin which goes really well with the fried squid. 

豆干 Dried Tofu

口感上一般，但是個便宜會吃飽的選項。

The taste was in average standard. It's cheap though. 

鹽酥雞 Chicken Nuggets 

炸的很剛好，中規中矩，但跟一般的店差異性不大。

The nuggets are not dry. It's just like the regular one we had before.
