Dingo, The Cat

某天丁男友說要帶丁哥姐姐出去台北兒童新樂園玩，我們便開開心心的去查官網，發現竟然有密室逃脫！而且玩完之後發現，刺激又燒腦，雖然格局比較小但難度不輸給一般的密室。

Mr. Ding invited me to Taipei Children’s Amusement park last week. As we were searching for interesting facilities online, we noticed there’re escape rooms! 

After trying the escape rooms, it was exciting, and it takes lots of brain-storming. Though the scale was smaller than average escape rooms, it was definitely not easy when it came to the complexity. 

從停車場就有海報貼著宣傳密室。我們便從很快的跑去火山建築的二樓。

There were posters demonstrating escape rooms as we walked out of the parking lot. We went straight to the escape room.

老遠就看到牆上一堆貓咪和一個大大的招牌「闇地機關城」。

There were lots of posters along the way. Some of them were decorated with cats which just matched our tastes Lol 🐱

看兩年前的報導，主題只有三種，但現在已經增加到九種。真的是進步很快！

Two years ago when the escape room just established in the amusement park, there were only three topics. Now they have 9! The amusement park is progressing. ><

以前玩過一次密室，我們就直接選了難度三點五顆星的夢境特工2.0。

Mr. Ding and I tried escape rooms before so we are familiar with how it worked. We chose the challenging scale at 3.5/5. It was called something like Inception 2.0  We felt like giving it a try.

工作人員便帶我們入場，他的故事大綱在牆上，但時間緊沒什麼時間好好讀，大概就是全面啟動：潛入一個掌握機密的管理員的夢境，尋找被遺忘的藏寶地點。

The staff led us into the room. There were introduction plots written on the wall. The time was clocking so we didn't read it carefully. All in all, it was about sneaking into a security guard's dream and finding the lost treasure.

一開始以為時間充裕，想要慢慢解題，但想一想就只剩九分鐘了。工作人員會很好心的在外面問要不要提示，但我們第一次沒理他。直到丁男友終於解開兩道謎，我們終於可以往下一步推進，裡面還設計一些暗櫃，被丁哥姐姐稍微翻找一下找出來。裡面的機關要把物品擺對提示才會啟動，其實也是滿精密的。後來時間剩三分鐘還卡關只好跟工作人員要提示。但最後我們有通關喔！真的成就感十足哈哈！

At first, we thought we had enough time so we took it slow. After struggling for a bit, we came to realize that we only had 9 minutes left. Staff would be outside asking if we need help. We rejected it at first. I trusted Mr. Ding could solve it LoL And he did! He solved two challenges so we could move on. This escape room had designs like objects hidden in the closet. Since destroying things is my talent, I solved these tricks pretty soon. There was this trick that we needed to put the objects at the right angle. We asked for help here since our time was really running out. In the end, we managed to complete the whole challenge in time! There was this huge sense of achievement in our minds afterward.

因為太好玩了，要再帶家人來玩其他主題！除了動態遊樂設施，兒童新樂園的靜態活動也很有趣呢！而且一般密室只有兩個人的話偏貴，但這裡就很適合喔！

We had so much fun that day! We will definitely invite the family to come with us next time. Besides the roller coaster, which is pretty scary, the amusement park also offers indoor activities. Normally, the escape rooms are too expensive for just the two of us, but not here in the amusement park. It's definitely a wonderful place to hang out!
