丁哥姐姐全家很常往漁人碼頭跑，偶然走進大漢天下，他們的煎餃好好吃，所以想好好推薦一下。
My family visits Fisherman's Wharf a lot. We discovered this dumpling restaurant the other day. If offers super tasty fried dumplings. We need to recommend this restaurant to you.

You can see its big sign from far away.
近看布條，好像很多推薦者，似乎真的很厲害。
It seems like this restaurant has won prizes for the dumplings before.
產品種類頗多，還有提供外帶，有不少人在等呢！
There's a variety of dumplings. You can choose to have the dumplings for here or to go. Lots of people were waiting for their dumplings to go when we arrived.
來看看菜單囉！水餃和鍋貼超多可以選擇，而且有些是不常見的口味喔！但我們偏愛鍋貼只點了鍋貼。
Here's the menu. There're different types of dumplings and fried dumplings to choose from. Some of the flavors are quite unique for dumplings like fish.
We ordered fried dumplings since they're our favorites.
醬料餐具自取，但老闆提示不要醬料才好吃，只拿了一點點醋。
They offered sauces here, but the owner reminded us not to take them since the dumplings tasted good on their own. We only had a little bit of vinegar to give it a try.
小菜和湯先上來啦！
Here're side dishes and soup.
豬耳朵是煙燻的，頗有味道。
The pig ears were smoked. They tasted chewy and they smelt good.
湯裡的貢丸很有嚼勁，好吃。
The pork balls were chewy and delicious.
青菜份量很足，我們六人就吃這一盤哈哈！
A big portion of vegetables. It was more than enough for the six of us!
重頭戲來啦！超級漂亮的鍋貼，根本是藝術品。
And here's the highlight: Super beautiful fried dumplings. They looked like art!
我們這次點了高麗菜豬，韭黃豬和雪花牛，三種口味但外貌都一樣。重點是口感很不同！
We had cabbage pork, chives pork, and beef. From the outlook, they looked the same LOL
But the flavors tasted really different!
一咬下去就噴湯，趕快去拿個湯匙！而且夾小力一點，要不然湯都留掉了。
At the first bite of it, it explored!! You definitely need a spoon to collect the “juice”lol It was as if we were eating dumplings and having dumplings soup at the same time! It was amazing 🤩
高麗菜豬 Cabbage Pork
高麗菜的鮮甜味濃郁，內陷飽滿，皮酥脆，很會流湯，雖然一顆要七元但是很值得。
The cabbage’s sweetness was very obvious, and the filling was full. The fried dumplings were crispy. It cost NTD 7 dollars for one but it was definitely worth it.
韭黃豬 Chives Pork
韭黃香氣十足，丁哥姐姐怕韭菜但韭黃我可以，湯汁一樣十分多。
The smell of the chives was great! I normally don’t eat chives but this was really good. It has lots of “juice” as well 😂
雪花牛 Beef
這款湯汁超級多，一定要用湯匙乘著吃，湯汁香氣十出，鍋貼用了芹菜做調味，芹菜香氣濃郁，很推。但怕的朋友可能要躲開。
This was super juicy! The spoon is definitely needed! Besides beef, it had celery in the filling. The smell of celery gave an extra touch to the fried dumplings. This one was our favorite. If you don’t like celery, you might need to avoid it.
今天這家店讓我們太滿足啦！丁哥姐姐還很喜歡他們的鍋貼巴，好脆好好吃，我後來吃飽後都在撿鍋巴吃哈哈，還想單獨吃一盤鍋巴。大家有到漁人碼頭附近也可以來順道吃個鍋貼喔！
We absolutely love this restaurant! Besides the fried dumplings themselves, I also loved the crust. It was so crispy, and it smelt so good. If you happen to visit Fisherman’s Wharf, you may stop by this dumplings restaurant to give it a try.
