丁哥媽媽最近買了糖鼎黑糖的熱飲糖磚回來沖，喝完覺得冬天這樣泡一杯熱呼呼的甜飲，實在小確幸一件😊，想推薦給大家。
Dingo’s mom purchased Tang Ding hot drinks brick. It’s a kind of sugar bricks with different flavors. Just cover the sugar bricks with hot water and here’s a hot drink. It’s really convenient in winter time. We don’t need to go out to get the drinks. We can make one at home.
這次我們買了五款。
We purchased 5 different flavors this time.
盒子裡面都是一個個小小的方磚，很方便攜帶和沖泡。
The small sugar bricks look like the picture shown below. It's easy to carry wherever you go.
多加一點熱水比較容易泡開，怕甜可以多一點水，因為真的滿甜的。
After adding some hot water, the bricks would melt. If you don't like sweet, you can add more hot water.
黑糖薑母 Aged Ginger Cube
薑母微辣，喝起來很暖和，熱熱甜甜的，裡面還有一點點薑末可以慢慢嚼。
The ginger tasted a little bit spicy. We felt really warm after drinking it. We loved the drink being hot and sweet. There was some ginger in the brick as well.
桂圓紅棗 Brown Sugar Red Dates Longan Cube
甜甜的桂圓味，喝起來有種養生的感覺，養身和甜點兩者兼具哈哈。裡面還會有一小小顆紅棗。
There was this sweetness from the longan and red dates. We felt this drinks would be good for health. It's a healthy drink 🤣
黑糖烏龍 Oolong Tea Brown Sugar Cube
黑糖烏龍的烏龍味不夠濃，黑糖味比較重，但泡淡淡的喝倒是覺得很不錯，不會太甜也有一點烏龍味。
It didn't have much smell from the oolong tea. The flavor of brown sugar is more obvious. It will be suitable for you if you don't like sweet drinks.
冰糖菊花 Crystal Sugar Honey Chrysanthemum Cube
味道上有一點點菊花香，視覺上很浮誇，泡開還有菊花花瓣在裡面。
There's a little bit of chrysanthemum smell. Visually, it's a bit over the top with flowers floating in there 🤣
冰糖蜂蜜檸檬 Crysyal Sugar Honey Lemon
喝起來酸酸甜甜的，又帶有微微的檸檬皮苦味，裡面還有一個個檸檬丁，喝起來很療癒。
It tasted sour yet sweet at the same time. There was a little bit of bitterness from the lemon skin. There were some lemon skin slices in there. Mr. Ding liked it a lot!
丁哥姐姐家這幾個禮拜都在喝這個，熬夜喝，早起喝，晚餐後喝，早餐後也喝。天氣冷，喝這款甜甜的熱飲真的是很開心😊
We had this drinks a lot these days: in the morning, at night, after breakfast, after dinner, etc,. We loved the hot drink which we can make at home.
