丁男友跑去三重E7 play玩保齡球，打完後又跑去中山區的魚港生猛海鮮吃晚餐，拍了好多照片給丁哥姐姐，丁哥姐姐看了好心動也想跟大家分享他出遊的行程，提供一個半日遊的好去處。

Mr. Ding went to E7 play at Sanchong Store the other day. After that, he had dinner at this stir-fries restaurant in Minquan W. Rd. He took some pictures on that day so we felt like sharing the half-day tour with you.

大致行程是這樣:下午在E7打保齡球和玩遊樂器，晚上去熱炒店吃飽飽再回家，實驗室有15個人，大家都玩得很開心也吃得很滿足，一個滿分行程。

Here's the schedule: He had fun at E7 play including bowling balls and some games in the afternoon. Then, he went to the stir-fries restaurant. There were around 15 people in his lab and they all had a great time that day!

丁男友下午搭到捷運台北橋站，便步行約莫5分鐘抵達E7 Play，這家店藏身在巷弄中的地下室，老遠可以看到一個巨大保齡球形狀的招牌。

Mr. Ding took the MRT to Taipei Bridge Station and then walked around 5 minutes to E7 Play. The store is in the basement of a lane, however, you can see the bowling balls' sign from far away. 

到了之後，抽號碼牌，等到櫃台叫，就可以付款取票，可以選擇三小時或是五小時的行程，丁男友不是會員，下午時段3小時，一人要253。但不管甚麼時段或者是不是會員都是200-350可以搞定，很划算。拿到票後，記得先去櫃台預約熱門項目，像是保齡球、撞球、飛鏢等，如果人多的時段還是會要等一下。

You have to take a number and wait for your turn so you can pay and pick up the tickets.  There're two packages : 3 hours & 5 hours. Mr. Ding chose the 3-hour package, and each costs TWD 253. No matter which package you choose or whether you're a member, the price will be around TWD 200-350. What a great bargain. 

Here's a reminder: you can reserve bowling balls or baseball online in advance so you don't have to wait too long at the spot.

從地圖上可以看到，有保齡球、飛鏢、撞球、健身房，漫畫閱讀區、按摩椅和一堆遊戲機台，各式各樣好玩的項目。下面會介紹一些男友有玩的項目。

As you can see from the map below that there're all sorts of games : bowling ball, throwing darts, billiards, comic books, massage, etc. We will go through what Mr. Ding had soon. 

丁男友平常研究很辛苦，一開始就跑去做在按摩椅上放鬆。

He went straight to the massage chairs. He was too tired from doing research every day.

旁邊有漫畫區，和影視欣賞包廂可以在那邊好好放鬆。還有兩張大桌子，丁男友說他之前也和朋友來這裡打阿瓦隆(可以去櫃台借)。

There's this comic book area and also a space to watch movies. You can even play board games here like Avalon. 

後來，他便跑去體驗各種機台和電動。電動在B3，有好幾電視擺在那裏，有NBA、火影忍者等遊戲。機台更是豐富了，各種遊戲和運動設施，每個都好有趣!!!!!運動的有，足球盤(咦？)、乒乓球機、棒球機、腳踏車機、賽馬機、投籃機、還有一整排賽車遊戲機。丁男友拍了幾個他比較喜歡的器材，像是足球盤，他和朋友玩了老半天。

Afterwards, he experienced video games and sports games. For video games, they have NBA and Naruto, etc. For sports games, they have table football, ping-pong machine, baseball machine, bicycle machine, etc. Mr. Ding liked table football. He spent lots of time here with his friends. 

腳踏車，模擬越野賽道，不累但椅墊很硬期的屁股很痛。

Mr. Ding also rode the bike below. He said it was not tired to play this game, but sitting on the chair for a while is not that comfortable.

賽馬是裡面最累的項目，不管怎麼用力扭腰，都贏不了電腦。

The racing horse game is the most tiring item. Mr. Ding tried so many times. He just couldn't beat the opponent. 

他最喜歡的運動機台項目是：棒球機，可以丟擲九宮格。但因為機台可以測球速，丁男友和幾個朋友便在那邊研究怎麼催高球速，還有研究機台到底怎麼測球速的(真的是一群工程師)，他們每人在那邊投了三四十球。

His favorite sports game is : baseball. The machine can test the speed. Mr. Ding and his friends were analyzing how the machine works that it can test the speed. What a bunch of engineers LOL

再來他跑去玩遊戲機台，超級像湯姆熊，而且不用代幣，通通玩到飽!!!這台機檯會噴水，射擊螢幕得分。

Mr. Ding also played this cute machine below. You have to target the water at certain characters to collect points. 

丁哥姐姐很喜歡的釣魚遊戲也有!!!

They also have the fishing machine I like. 

還有打地鼠，可以用來紓壓。

Whac-A-Mole. You can totally release some pressure after playing this LOL

丁男友說這台他玩很久，就是丟球攻擊螢幕裡的怪物，球很輕丟了人也不累，所以可以一直玩。

Mr. Ding said he also spent some time on the machine below. It provides you several small balls so you can hit the monsters on the screen with them. It's not tiring and it's easy to play.

其實那邊機台還有更多，等大家自行去發掘了，看起來真的好好玩喔!!!!!丁男友說有賽車遊戲，但當天人多就沒有玩了。後來，終於排到飛鏢和保齡球了，這是今天的重頭戲。飛鏢可以多人模式，大家比積分，但這個我不太會玩，但丁男友說旁邊有跳舞機和卡拉ok，可以去載歌載舞哈哈。

There are still lots of machines that are not included in the pictures. Everything seems very interesting! There're even car-racing games, but he didn't try it since there're too many people lining up. 

The highlight of the day would be throwing darts and bowling balls. Throwing darts allows lots of people to compete together. Apparently, Mr. Ding is not a big fan of throwing darts. He said he'd rather try the dancing or the singing machine LOL 
 

保齡球道其實滿多道的，但當天因為有團體包場，要等一下下。但丁男友說他之前來過兩次，都是直接就開始打，且打到不想打為止，隔天手痠到舉不起來。這裡有提供保齡球鞋更換，還有各種重量的球，連小朋友都可以玩呢。開打之前櫃檯會先幫我們設定機台，到了就可以直接打，一道最多六人，想調整人數可以跟櫃台告知，他們雖然忙翻還是很樂意幫忙。玩家一是丁男友的成績，有夠爛，十局才52分，去打前還跟我一直吹噓，根本出一張嘴。

Mr. Ding and his friends have waited for a while for the bowling balls. E7 Play offers bowling balls shoes and bowling balls of all kinds of weight. They even have the weight for kids! The maximum number of players would be 6 people. If you want to adjust the number of players, you can inform the staff at any time. Their service is good and they're all willing to help. If you can see the screen, player 1 is Mr. Ding. He scored 52 in 10 rounds. I don't think he'd ever played bowling ball before. 

他們玩三小時後就跑去吃飯，大家還是意猶未盡，但都肚子餓了，就跑去吃飯了。他們就從台北橋站坐兩站到民權西路站吃飯。出捷運站後走路十分鐘內就可以看到魚港生猛海鮮。他們十幾個人一人點幾道菜，就一大桌菜，每道菜份量都算滿夠的。

After having fun at E7 Play for 3 hours, they went for dinner. Mr. DIng took the MRT to Minquan W. Rd. MRT station, and walked for 10 minutes to arrive at the restaurant:  Stir-Fries Restaurant

這道雞，訂位時老闆說是招牌，可以先預訂。一上來大家人夾一塊就快沒了，但丁男友覺得跟一般的白斬雞差不多，雞肉非常扎實。

The owner said the chicken below is their top one choice. You can pre-order the dish over phone calls. Mr. Ding said the chicken is ok. They finished this dish pretty fast. 

這道封肉是限定菜，那天只有一兩份，店家賣完我們不久就說售罄，大家吃了都讚不絕口，一群男生配飯吃超級划算，但價格稍稍貴一點，不過訂位時可以先跟店家說，他們其實有滿多菜單上沒有的隱藏菜單，可以先跟店家問問。

The raised pork belly is a limited dish. The restaurant only offers two raised port belly that day. They were both sold out super quick. Everyone LOVED this dish!!! Raised pork belly and rice are best friends!! Very tasty. It's a little bit pricy. You can also pre-order this dish when making a reservation. The funny thing about this restaurant is that they have some hidden dishes that are not shown on the menu. 

這是沙茶牛(吧?)和炸蚵仔，炸蚵仔大家總共點了三次，其實一盤分量是夠十人都吃到的，但大家特別喜歡。

This is barbecue sauce and fried oysters. They ordered three times, the fried oysters. I can tell they really like oysters. 

照片裡的小卷口感不特別好，沒有特別推薦。右邊的炒海瓜子，也是菜單上沒有要私下跟他問才有的隱藏選項，丁男友只吃到炒的洋蔥(肉都被搶光了)，但他覺得配飯很好吃。桌子中央的炒龍珠，配上辣椒、花生等佐料，超級下飯，他建議可以點一盤，配一堆飯吃哈哈，真的是很男生的口味。最後面的腸旺，加在飯裡超級好，而且價格也不高。

The Neritic Squid is so-so. Mr. Ding and his friends didn't like it much. The stir-fried clams with basil, on the other hand, was a very popular dish, and it's in the hidden menu. You have to ask for this dish. It's so good that they finish it within 2 minutes. Mr. Ding said rice and the clams are best friends, too. LOL

The deep-fried octopus was delicious. It's spicy and full of the scent of peanuts and garlic, etc. 

丁男友說因為很多人吃飯，不好一直用手機，雖然點了二十幾道菜，但照片沒有拍太多，不過打完球再加上熱炒行程，真的很適合，動完大家繼續去餐桌上打屁聊天，聊個盡興再解散。他說他這次要給這趟行程兩間店都是滿分，E7 play好玩種類又多，動態靜態都有。熱炒店菜單每道菜都一兩百左右，份量很多、環境很乾淨、服務好，空間也大。大家有興趣也可以跟著他的行程去走走。

Mr. Ding likes this E7 Play and stir-fried restaurant tour. He said it's highly recommended for a group of 7-10 people. You can have a lot of good time, even exercise at E7 Play. Then, having a big meal at the stir-fried restaurant is a perfect way to finish the day.
