Dingo, The Cat

丁哥姐姐時常路過捷運芝山站一號出口，都會看到一家麵包店君城本家，基於一隻貓的好奇心，就和丁男友走進去了。

I walked past KT Bakery a lot with Mr. Ding, but I’ve never bought anything there. As curious as Dingo, Mr. Ding and I decided to give it a try one day.

進去後就看到冷藏櫃裡的乳酪塔，有Oreo、抹茶和生巧克力三種口味。每個看起來都好精緻好好吃，加上丁男友的慫恿和買五送一的優惠，我們就買了。

There were cheese tarts with three different flavors in the freezer, which were Oreo, Matcha, and chocolate. They all seemed delicate and tasty. There was also a discount: Buy 5 get 1 free, so we bought 6 in total.

除了乳酪塔，我們有在店裡隨意悠轉一下，看到了一小區很可愛的聖誕裝飾區!!!

KT Bakery also offers Christmas-decorated desserts!

有可愛的聖誕老人蛋糕，和薑餅屋DIY。我們兩個看到整個瘋掉，去年好想玩薑餅屋，但食品行都說要買十組，誰有辦法買這麼多啊~但這裡竟然有賣。

There were this cute Santa cake and Gingerbread house DIY set. Mr. Ding and I completed lost our minds upon seeing the Gingerbread house. We tried to get one last year but couldn’t manage to find any. When we finally found this online store, they said we had to buy 10 packs. They wouldn’t provide just one. You can totally imagine how thrilled we were at the bakery.

我們最後挑了一組裡面是兔子的薑餅屋，我們覺得是裡面最可愛的，但也有聖誕老人款，一組109而已，可以回味一下童年。旁邊還有棒棒糖。真的是超級聖誕阿!

We picked this Gingerbread house with a bunny inside. We found it most adorable of all. It cost TWD 109 which was really cheap. Last time I made a Gingerbread house was when I was in elementary school. Mr. Ding and I felt like we were young again LOL There was also a snowman lollipop at the bakery. The whole store was full of Christmas atmosphere.

但還是要回歸一下乳酪塔，店員已經在等我們結帳了，我們選到忘我。左邊生巧克力的30元，抹茶的35元，右邊Orea的38元。

I almost forgot to mention the cheese tart we bought!

The chocolate cheese tart(Left)was TWD 30, Matcha was 35, and Oreo(Right) was 38.

Oreo乳酪塔  Oreo Cheese Tart

原本怕會太甜，但乳酪塔本身酸酸甜甜的很好吃，雖然Oreo的味道沒有出來，但乳酪塔本身就是很好吃的東西，所以很好吃哈哈。外觀看起來很像小盆栽，好可愛，很喜歡這一款。

Originally, we thought it would be very sweet. After tasting it, I realized that the cheese tart was both sour and sweet. Oreo itself didn’t provide much flavor which was a pity. The cheese tart was tasty so we liked it LOL Its outlook was like a potted plant. Mr. Ding found it super cute and liked it a lot.

抹茶生巧塔  Matcha Cheese Tart

餡料是抹茶味的慕斯，沒有Oreo口味的乳酪酸味，非常滑順的口感，吃起來甜度適中，也不會有一些抹茶製品的苦味，是很棒的點心。

The filling was Matcha-flavored mousse. It didn’t have the sourness like that in the Oreo Cheese tart. The whole texture was smooth, and the sweet was right at the point. There was no bitterness from the Matcha. My niece liked this flavor.

生巧克力塔 Chocolate Cheese Tart

內餡給我的感覺像是比較濃稠滑順的巧克力醬，算是非常甜的一款，巧克力很濃郁，也不錯吃，但個人覺得層次感不夠。

The filling was more like rich chocolate sauce instead of cheese tarts. It was very sweet. We suggest you have a cup of tea after having this. It was delicious but there weren’t enough layers in terms of the texture and the taste.

三款比起來，Oreo乳酪塔個人最愛，但三款都不錯吃。下次要送禮，可以購入，六個一組，很美觀也很好吃。而且還可以去看看有沒有甚麼特別的應景產品，還有看到草莓可頌，但我們注意力都再薑餅屋身上，就略過了。薑餅屋的組裝成果就等回家跟姪女一起組裝再分享了。大家如果住在芝山附近，千萬要進來麵包店走走看看，或者趁聖誕節前趕快買個可愛薑餅屋。

Among the three flavors, which were all very tasty, we loved Oreo Cheese Tart. The tarts will be a very nice Christmas gift for family or friends. They looked pretty and they were yummy. Besides the tarts, the bakery also provides other Christmas or winter products, like strawberry croissants. We will share with you how the Gingerbread house DIY goes in the near future. KT Bakery is near Zhishan Station. Remember to come and take a look when you walk past it. The Gingerbread House is waiting for you!
