今天要介紹的點心是Amo蛋糕，這款蛋糕丁男友已經吃了五年了，幾乎每一兩個月就會買一次回家孝敬父母，也大受他家人的好評。

Today, we’ll introduce Amo. It’s famous for its cake. Mr. Ding is a big fan of Amo’s cake. He purchases it once every month as a souvenir for his family. His family loves the cake, too!

一般來說，要從台北返鄉的人，要購買阿莫有兩個選擇，一個是在板南線出站往高鐵方向的的誠品捷運店，又或者在北車大廳一樓的微風店。阿默蛋糕有十幾中口味，非常廣泛，也有一些小點心可以選。買蛋糕會給顧客一個漂亮的紙提袋，送禮很適合。

For people who are traveling back home from Taipei Main Station, it’s common for them to purchase a souvenir there. Taipei Main Station is full of choices for souvenirs. Amo offers several flavors of cake. They also have small snacks. Amo will give you a pretty bag so you can put the cake in there. It’s perfect for gifting.

There are two branches at Taipei Main Station: One of them is within Eslite. After getting off the blue line, go to HSR’s direction. You will see it upon seeing the Eslite. The other one is at Breeze (Taipei Main Station) first floor.

丁男友其實大部分的款都吃過了，只是沒有拍照，他很有誠意地說以後會慢慢全部補上，真是期待哈哈。這次他回家購買了以前母親節回家給他全家族一起聚餐分享的義大利焦糖馬仕卡邦口味，那時候大受好評，時隔兩年又再度買回家給大家吃。

Mr. Ding tried most of the flavors in Amo. Unfortunately, he didn’t take photos for all of them. He said he’ll make them up in the near future. We’ll see.

This time, he purchased Italian Caramel Mascarpone. He bought this for his family 2 years ago for the Mother’s Day celebration. His family gave very good credits on the cake.

義大利焦糖馬仕卡邦口味 Italian Caramel Mascarpone Flavor

價格420，跟其他款比起來稍貴，但視覺上卻非常高級，確實值得這個價格，上面鋪了一層焦糖醬，非常適合螞蟻生物們。中間是乳酪蛋糕，下面有一層巧克力蛋糕，在乳酪和巧克力間還可以看到一粒粒的黑點，是杏仁脆餅。

Price: TWD 420. (It’s slightly expensive than other flavors.)

Reflection: Visually, it looks high-class and expensive, which it is. LOL The cake is definitely worth the high price. On top of the cake, it’s coated with caramel, which is very tempting for the “ant-people” like Mr. Ding. In the middle is the cheesecake and at the bottom is the chocolate cake. There’s also almond tuiles between the cheese and chocolate cake.

蛋糕吃起來，非常甜，但很香，杏仁脆餅增添很多分數，吃的時候會突然咬到一塊脆脆的東西，是杏仁脆片，很甜，但會有種中獎的感覺。中間的乳酪不是那麼甜，但搭上糖漿和脆片，很剛好。蛋糕分量很剛好，一人嚐一小塊一下子就分完了，再買一次還是大受好評，420十幾人吃非常划算。丁男友的姪女吃完一小塊，還很靦腆的跟他再要一塊來吃。下次如果有家族聚餐，還是會再購入。

總體吃起來的評價是：這款蛋糕適合十人聚餐的時候，建議大家一人分一小片來吃，也可以跟比較不甜的飲料進行搭配，會是非常舒服的下午茶。

The cake tastes very sweet and full of caramel’s smell. The crunch of almond gives extra credit for the whole texture. The cheese, on the other hand, is not as sweet as the caramel. It provides a great balance. The size of the cake is enough for 5-7 people to share it. Mr. Ding’s niece couldn’t help to have one after another, which is very rare for a girl who doesn’t eat many sweets. Mr. Ding said he’ll still purchase this again for the next family celebration!

Overall review: The cake is suitable for a family reunion. It definitely goes well with a cup of tea. Cheesecake and tea are good companions for an afternoon tea party.
