丁哥姐姐週末一時興起想烤個點心，想到一道簡單的點心，酥皮蛋塔。但因為沒有小容器只能做大的。
I feel like baking this weekend and it comes to me that there's this simple home-made dessert : Egg Tarts. I only have this big baking tart pan in my house so I may as well just bake a huge egg tart. It tastes the same anyway LOL

丁男友從朋友那裡訂了兩包西班牙火腿，薄薄兩包很珍貴，我們便試了幾個吃法，將西班牙火腿的美味最大化。
Mr. Ding purchased two different kinds of Spanish ham(Jamón) from his friend. We tried a few ways to taste the previous ham. We hope we did use the right way to enjoy it LOL

丁男友偶爾不管冬天還夏天都會吵著要吃一家公館夜市的攤販，公館商圈中水源市場旁的一家素食臭豆腐攤。Mr. Ding often has this vegetarian spicy stinky tofu either in winter or in summer. It's a vegetarian stinky tofu stand next to Shuiyuan market.

丁哥姐姐自認為淡水英專路通，這次卻意外的發覺一家未曾吃過缺好好吃的甜甜圈-三寶甜甜圈。Born and raised in Tamshui, I considered myself to be a professional Tamshui food and tour guide. However, this donut food truck really took me by surprise. Firstly, I wasn’t aware of its existence. Secondly, the donut was so delicious that I regretted haven’t met it earlier.

某天丁男友說要帶丁哥姐姐出去台北兒童新樂園玩，我們便開開心心的去查官網，發現竟然有密室逃脫！而且玩完之後發現，刺激又燒腦，雖然格局比較小但難度不輸給一般的密室。
Mr. Ding invited me to Taipei Children’s Amusement park last week. As we were searching for interesting facilities online, we noticed there’re escape rooms!

丁哥媽媽最近買了糖鼎黑糖的熱飲糖磚回來沖，喝完覺得冬天這樣泡一杯熱呼呼的甜飲，實在小確幸一件😊，想推薦給大家。
Dingo’s mom purchased Tang Ding hot drinks brick. It’s a kind of sugar bricks with different flavors. Just cover the sugar bricks with hot water and here’s a hot drink. It’s really convenient in winter time. We don’t need to go out to get the drinks. We can make one at home.

丁哥姐姐全家很常往漁人碼頭跑，偶然走進大漢天下，他們的煎餃好好吃，所以想好好推薦一下。
My family visits Fisherman's Wharf a lot. We discovered this dumpling restaurant the other day. If offers super tasty fried dumplings. We need to recommend this restaurant to you.

丁哥媽媽前陣子心血來潮買了章魚燒模具，打算自己製作章魚燒。
我看模具買了一陣子沒使用，便約了Dingo媽媽一起來做雞肉章魚燒（沒加章魚🐙是因為成本太高了😂） 
材料：牛奶100克、開水1000c.c.、中筋麵粉400克、雞蛋🥚4顆、高麗菜半顆、雞肉🐓200克、蟹肉棒🦀200克、蔥花適量 （以上比例至少可以做60顆）

今天丁哥姐姐跟丁男友回到家，Dingo一整個上來大現殷勤，基本上最近都是這個狀態。
